These terms and conditions govern the access to and use of the Exitplanzm platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the website exitplanzm.com and all associated digital services. "User" is any person who accesses the platform. "Participant" is a registered user who contributes financially to real estate projects. "Project" refers to any real estate crowdlending opportunity published on the platform.
2. Registration requirements
To participate in crowdlending projects, you must be at least 18 years old, legally reside in Bolivia or a country where the activity is permitted, provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration, and accept these terms and conditions. Exitplanzm reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity.
3. Platform operation
Exitplanzm acts as a technological intermediary between participants and real estate projects. The platform facilitates project information, manages participations, and distributes results according to the conditions established for each project. Exitplanzm does not guarantee specific returns or the successful completion of any project.
4. Risks
Participation in real estate crowdlending projects carries inherent risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of contributed capital, delays in project execution, variations in estimated returns, and risks associated with the Bolivian real estate market. Each participant is responsible for evaluating the risks before making any contribution.
5. User obligations
The user agrees to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms, maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform, provide truthful and up-to-date information, and report any unauthorized use of their account.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Exitplanzm or its licensors and is protected by Bolivian intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without prior written authorization is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
Exitplanzm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount of fees charged to the user during the last 12 months. Exitplanzm does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
8. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of La Paz, Bolivia, in accordance with current Bolivian legislation.
9. Modifications
Exitplanzm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
